Day Time Ale

Lagunitas DayTime Ale Fractional IPA

Alright I am cycling in some old beers that I have had but want to put them on the blog, so it is like I am having them for the first time. First beer that I wanted to bring back and put on this blog is DayTime Ale by Lagunitas Brewing Company. First time I had this beer was at my first concert I ever went to, which was last summer and it was Luke Bryan. This guy took a picture for me and my friends, so I gave him a KCCO Black Lager and he proceed to return the favor. He handed me this beer and opened my eyes up to some good craft beer that was being brewed by Lagunitas. This ale is a fractional IPA, which is part IPA and part regular ale. Most breweries call these types of beers sessional IPA, but Lagunitas stay true to their way did stuff their own way and made it a fractional IPA. This style of beer is an ale that can be both enjoyed by the ale style drinkers and the hop style drinkers. Fun for all to be had is the way I would describe this beer.

Clear Golden Complexion of DayTime Ale

DayTime Ale is an ale that is dry hopped and the end of the brewing process to enhance the hops aroma in the beer. The aroma that I pick up from this fractional IPA is a very bitter hop induced aroma with a hint of citrus aroma. The color of this beer is a clear golden tint to the DayTime, which shows that its not too heavy of a beer. There is something about this beer that draws me in but at the same time it makes me want to run away. I think the citrus smell drags me in an invites me to have a seat and start drinking this ale but at the same time the hop and bitter smell make me want to get out of this beers way. Diving in for the first taste and see if I remember if I liked this beer. DayTime Ale is smooth and very enjoyable. The only thing that I would be hesitating on is the initial sip and tasting the bitter hop taste but after you left it get past that this ale is very drinkable. The abv or alcohol by volume is 4.65% which is very reasonable and very drinkable for drinking these all day. The bitterness of the other hand is high up there in terms of the beers I have been drinking recently on this blog. The bitterness units of this beer is 54.20 IBU's, recently the beers have been around 20 IBU so this is a step up on the hop or bitter scale.

This DayTime Ale allows you to be able to have one or two and still be able to function on what you need to get done instead of being drunk and not able to focus because you had too many. Lagunitas is located in Petaluma, California and is an really good brewery that you should give a chance and try their beer. I have had other beers by them and the other one that I really like is A Little Sumpin' Sumpin' Ale. Now compared to this ale its way more like an IPA but still is enjoyable to me. I heard that Lagunitas Sucks is a good beer to try as well. Next time you go out try this beer and put it in you create your own six pack or buy it as your next six pack I do not think you will be disappointed. Get it before it runs out because this is a seasonal beer and not brewed year round like it should be in my opinion.

DayTime Ale 4.65 % ABV and 54.20 IBU

Milk Stout

Left Hand Milk Stout

Checking out this Stout recommendation from a co-worker. She is a fan of beer like myself and is into similar beers like myself. Now I have already had a stout, so far on this blog and it was by River Horse which was their Oatmeal Milk Stout. This beer I am trying tonight is a Milk Stout by Left Hand Brewing Company. Left Hand is located in Longmont, Colorado. An interesting quote on their about us page is that "Too much of any one activity leaves you missing out on another, always wondering if the other was better A healthy dose of all things in a balanced way keeps your right brain feeling good and the left brain knowing it’s all good" Striving for the perfect balance while also looking to see if there is a better way at doing stuff. Milk Stouts take the dark characteristics of the stout like the roasted character and adds a sweetness to the roast profile.  Sweetness is usually added by having large amounts of residual sugars or unfermented sugars in the beer. Left Hand Milk Stout has a ABV or alcohol by volume of 6.0% and the bitterness of 25 IBU's.

Black Color to Milk Stout

While looking at this beer I can see nothing but black thick complexion to this stout. The head or foam has a brown tint to it and is almost like the Troegenator. The head is not thick but is clear at the top once the foam settled down after pouring this beer. Stout should usually be pour in to stout glasses, but not everyone has them and sometime you have to use what you have on hand. The aroma I am picking up from this beer is very intriguing. I am smelling a coffee smell to this beer and I kind of like it. I am also picking up the sweet malt characteristics from the malt they used in the stout. These aromas I am picking up make we want to dive in for a sip an taste the nectar from this beer. The first sip is a sweet taste that shows of the roast characteristics in the aftertaste. It is subtle but a great tasting beer. Usually stouts have a think body to them and that is what gets them a bad rap but this Milk Stout has a smooth body but a dark complexion. I think that anyone that like the River Horse Oatmeal Milk Stout would love this beer. I think while enjoying this beer you can pick up on the creamy note to this beer, which adds to the enjoyment of this beer because it makes this beer smooth and easy to drink.

Next time try a Left Hand Milk Stout

I am not usually into stout styles of beers but between River Horse and Left Hand its making me think twice about giving stouts a chance. I might be adding more stouts into this blog just to see what style of stouts I like and which I do not. I look forward to trying stouts and I think that it might interest some of you to try stouts and give them a chance. The next stout that I should probably try is the Nitro Stout by Left Hand and see if that is worth the hype I have heard from other beer drinkers. I have to agree with Left Hand brewing on their description of this beer dark and delicious make you change your perception of what a stout is. I think this beer might be more like a black lager that is more on the side of the Stout unlike KCCO Black, which is more like the lager than a stout.

Troegenator

TROEGENATOR Double Bock from Hershey

New beer I am trying out tonight is Troegenator by Troegs Brewing Company. Troegs is a local brew to the Lehigh Valley. They are based out of Hershey,PA land of chocolate. This brewery makes people think about other things than chocolate and more on beer. Troegenator is a double bock and has a alcohol by volume of 8.2% and the bitterness is rated at 25 IBU. A Double Bock is a strong German Lager and is twice as strong as a regular Bock. Double Bocks are also rich, dark, and have a high malt consistency. They tend to have a high level malt do to the brewing process, which enhances the malt flavors while it brews. I did not think that I would be in to dark beers a single day when I first started drinking beers, but now that I have had a few black lagers and dark beers, I can say enjoy them immensely.

Deep Bronze color of Troegenator

When pouring out Troegenator from the bottle there is one thing that you cannot help but notice. That is the deep bronze color or amber like color to this beer. The foam or head of the beer has brown tint to it and looks creamy and thick almost like a stout head. This Double Bock or Doppelbock as it would be called in Germany has a nice caramel smell to it, which is brought out through the malt brewed with this beer. The sweet aroma of the caramel shows that this beer has a malt character to this Doppelbock. Now to take a leap and try this beer before it runs away from me.

Troegenator 8.2% Double Bock

Tasting this first sip I want to see how sweet or how high malt flavor I can pull out to see if I am a fan or not of that in a beer. I noticed that this beer is very smooth and does not leave a big aftertaste of the malt. I will say that this beer has a semi fruity taste to it and I like the combination of sweet and fruity in this beer. When this particular style of beer was first made by Monks they would fast without any solid foods so they would use this to act in lieu of food and would be called liquid bread. The more and more I drink this beer I begin to pick up on the chewy body that begins to make me like this beer more and more. Or it might be that its 8.2 % is catching up on me. Either way I think that this beer is a very good beer and beer drinkers like myself or the readers of this blog should give this Double Bock a shot.  Troegenator recently won a Gold Medal at the 2014 Great American Beer Festival. I think the receiving of the Gold medal shows that this is a good beer and that can be enjoy by many. The only note that I would leave you with on this beer, outside of going to go get a six pack, is that be careful when drinking this because of the 8.2 ABV, you will only really be able to have two at a time.

Blue Moon First Peach Ale

Last of the Reader's Choice Peach Ale

The Peach Ale is part of Blue Moon's Seasonal Collection. Other beers in this collection are: Summer Honey Wheat, Harvest Pumpkin Ale, and Mountain Abbey Ale. Blue Moon is located in Golden, Colorado. I first tried this beer before it was released at a beer fest I attended in January. I was curiously drawn to this beer after that beer fest and could not wait until I was able to purchase it locally. In addition to that I made this beer pack of my Reader's Choice post and this is the last beer from that post. So far, I have not been disappointed in that create your own pack from Wegmans. Lets see if we can end on a high note with this beer or I end with a bad taste in my mouth.

Dark Amber color to Peach Ale

According to Blue Moon, this beer is a mix between a Belgian Sour Brown Ale and a American Peach Wheat Ale. The alcohol by volume on this ale is 5.6% and the IBU or bitterness is 15. The aroma that I pick up from the Peach Ale is peach smell and a hint of caramel. If you look at this beer you will discover that the appearance of this ale is a dark amber color and the head or foam is a off white because of the color of the ale. Now to dive in and take a familiar sip of this beer and if its beer than what I remember or if the hype was not worth the buildup. I think it was worth the wait for enjoying this Peach Ale. I taste a hint of the peach flavor in the beer and I taste more of the caramel malt that was used in this ale. I will say that you pick the peach flavor in the finish with a tartness that comes from the peaches.

Smooth full flavor and Easy drinking.

I think Blue Moon did a good job in creating this Peach Ale, but I wish for more peach flavor in the first sip of the ale. I will say that the finishing flavor and tartness was done really well and makes me think I just had a peach without having one. Peach Ale is a smooth tasting spring beer that someone can enjoy without having the guilty feeling of having a beer. I think what might go well with this beer is a peach dessert or maybe adding a peach slice like you would add and orange to Blue Moon Belgian White. For people that like fruity style drinks this would be a beer for you but I also think this is a beer for people that like a good flavor to their beer.

312 Urban Wheat Ale

Goose Island 312 Urban Wheat Ale

312 Urban Wheat Ale is made by Goose Island from Chicago, Illinois. Goose Island was established in 1988 and has come to become known for making really good craft beer. I have had a Goose Island beer before and it was their Oktoberfest beer, which I was pleasantly surprised.  The color of this beer is a straw color, which is a clear golden tint to the beer. Almost looks like a pilsner style beer but is a pale wheat ale that gives in the clearer color. 312 Urban Wheat Ale is 4.2 % alcohol by volume and the IBU of this beer is 18, this beer is an unfiltered ale so make sure you pour it right to give it the right style it deserves. In unfiltered beers there is usually sediment of yeast at the bottom of the beer which if not mixed changes the complexion of the beer, so when you pour a beer like this you should do the following. Start by pouring out  three quarters of the beer and leave a quarter left in the beer, after this the swish the beer around in the bottle as to mix it. Lastly pour the remaining beer into the glass to get the full flavor of the beer,

Golden straw tint to 312 Urban Wheat Ale

Now stepping into the aroma flavors that you can pick up from this beer. The aroma I pick up from the beer is a malty one and hint of fruit aroma that has a citrus profile to it. I think it could be lemon or and orange aroma I just cannot decide which one it is. After gaining the aroma of the beer I really want to try this Urban Wheat Ale and see what I could taste and if I liked it. I took three quick little sips of this beer and it was a light tasting wheat beer that reminded my of a Hefeweizen style of beer. This beer is very crisp and very appealing in my opinion. I think if it was put up against other wheat beers I would probably choose this because of its light complexion and too filling beer like most wheat beers are. 312 Urban Wheat Ale does have a smooth creamy complexion and thats what I think makes this such a refreshing beer. Goose Island did a great job hiding the cascade hops in this beer because I know that I am not usually a fan of any beer with them in it because they are usually IPA's, but I cannot even pick it up in the beer. I think that this would be a great spring and summer ale because of its crisp light tasting flavor.

Give this refreshing beer a try in the summer

Goose Island 312 Urban Wheat Ale has won some very prestigious awards. They are World Beer Cup Silver Medal in 2008 and a Gold Medal in 2010 from the Great American Beer Festival. I look forward to trying some of Goose Islands other beers and trying some summer style beers real soon.

Nooner Sierra Nevada

Nooner by Sierra Nevada Brewing Company

If you remember I have already had a pilsner on this blog and that was a Czech style pilsner. Nooner is a German style pilsner and the two different styles are very different from each other. When looking at a pilsner you are looking for a light body and golden color for both types of pilsners. A Czech style is known for the spicy Saaz hop in the beer, whereas the German style is more on the pale side and is drier with the addition of bitterness. Both styles are good in their own way if you are looking for that style of beer. Nooner gives me a chance to compare the two styles of pilsners and see which one I like better. Nooner has golden color to the beer and is crystal clear. The aroma of the beer I pick up is a floral aroma.

Light Golden Body of Nooner

The alcohol by volume or ABV of Nooner is 5.2 % and the IBU or bitterness of this beer is 38, so little more bitter than I am used too. Nooner definitely has a floral and bitter taste to the beer, but it is actually drinkable. I can tell this is more like an IPA and I do not really mind it. I could see someone drinking a lot of these beers being interested in an India Pale Ale. This beer is like a baby step into the IPA beers gives the drinker the bitter and floral hint to an IPA without being too bitter like most IPA's. I can also tell that this beer is drier and hoppier than the piercing pils which was the Czech style pilsner. I would have to say out of the two style pilsners I think I enjoyed the Czech style more because of the fruit taste that was paired with spiced Saaz style hops. While drinking this I find that the floral and bitter taste has a lingering effect on my tastebuds. If you are looking for beers similar to Nooner than I think you should look at Victory Prima Pils, Stoudts Pils, and a local brew Pikeland Pils by Sly Fox.

Nooner ABV 5.2 IBU 38

Sierra Nevada Brewing Company is located in Chico, California and is known for good style beers like their Pale Ale and their seasonal Beer Camp Lager. They tend to stay on the hoppy side of beers but I think that their Nooner Pilsner is worth a try and do not reject it just because it might smell floral or bitter. Give beer a chance like I have beer and step outside your beer comfort zone.

UFO White

Harpoon UFO WHITE

UFO White stands for Harpoon's Unfiltered Offering. The UFO White is an American White Ale. The beer has a cloudy white color look to its appearance. Harpoon brewery is from Boston, Massachusetts. Breweries have been experimenting with unfiltered beers for a while now and this is an example of a unfiltered beer that has done very well. It is a particular style of beer that is unfiltered and most of the time is ales that are unfiltered. Most unfiltered beer usually has sediment at the bottom of the beer or yeast remaining in the bottle or kegs to give it a distinct appearance like this beer has with its hazy appearance. White has a alcohol by volume of 4.8%, which is on the lighter side of beer and allows you to be able to drink it all day if you wanted too. The bitterness units of this beer is 11 IBU, so it is not strong hop or bitterness to the beer.

The aroma I picked up from this beer is orange and coriander. Coriander and I am not usually in agreement with each other in beers, but I wanted to try this beer because it was a wheat beer and it was unfiltered. Usually when you try a beer there are two ways you try it and one is by smell and the other is by taste. I am the first person to smell a beer and not try it like I did over the weekend, with Mikkeller Better Half. A friend was drinking that beer I smelled it and was not interested because I could smell hops in it and was not appealing to me.

Unfiltered White Ale UFO WHITE

When trying this for the first taste I picked up an orange taste and had a smooth sweet taste to the beer. White is definitely a refreshing beer that can be enjoyed year round because of its smoothness. This unfiltered wheat beer is very different from most wheat beers, I would say that this beer is lighter than most wheat beers and reminds me of Ommegang Witte. UFO White is a really good beer and if you are interested in trying an unfiltered beer make sure you add this to your list. I think Harpoon did a phenomenal job creating this beer and trying to take drinkers away from Blue Moon the other popular wheat beer out there in the market. If these two beers were on tap at the same place I would probably pick the UFO White over Blue Moon Wheat Ale. All in all this is a very refreshing beer and I would like to try their other unfiltered beers in the UFO line like: Pumpkin, Raz, and Grapefruit.

Impey Barbicane's Moon Gun

This beer is a collaboration between two breweries: Duclaw from Maryland and Cigar City from Florida. This beer got its name from a Jules Verne novel called From The Earth to the Moon. Cigar City came up from Tampa and joined Duclaw to make a sessionable Amber Ale during their collaboration. Moon Gun has an alcohol by volume of 5% and the IBU of 40. I came across this beer from someone that worked at a local distributor and I was told to try this beer. Amber Ales tend to not be my favorite styles of beer because they are usually like pale ales and IPA's in my opinion.

Duclaw and Cigar City Session Amber Ale

The color of the beer is a brown and red mixture. When diving nose first to try to smell the aroma of the beer I smell a hint of caramel and an herbal smell. Examples of Amber ales out there are Troegs Nugget Nectar and Stone Brewing's Levitation Ale. Took this beer for a spin on the taste buds and the first taste I had was a bitter note from the hops, which then changed to an herbal taste. Moon Gun is definitely smooth tasting and could be enjoyed by someone who loves amber ales. Amber Ales usually range from 4.0 % to about 9% so this is on the lighter side of amber ales which allows people to be able to drink it all day. If I bought a six pack of this I would only be able to have one at a time because of the hop note in the beer to bitter for me but the beer is definitely drinkable unlike some beers with bigger notes of hops.

Glimpse of Amber Ale and bottle

I think that it is great that breweries are willing to collaborate to make different beers. They should be collaborating to try and reach different markets. If a brewery is from the south like Cigar City why not collaborate with a brewery in the north like Duclaw and try to explore a new market for your brewery, Only good things can happen if you create a good beer like this you open yourself up to a bigger client base and maybe expansion. I also think a beer like this if  I had enough I would be able to get into amber ales more because it would change my palate. I recommend if you want to expand your palate and your beer profile, I suggest you give this collaboration beer a try like I did. Thanks Chris for allowing me to try this beer.

KCCO Gold Lager

Time to see, which one I like best so far.

Alright I can say I have both black and gold lagers. Gold Lager is good, but it is different twist from the black lager. These are two completely different styles a profiles of beers.

KCCO Gold lager German Style Pilsener IBU of 16

I have been waiting to get my hands on Gold Lager and finally I have it in my clutch. The alcohol by volume on gold is 5.1%. The color of the beer is golden tint to the beer just like its name. The color reminds me of a Labatts or a miller lite.  The smell of this gold lager is definitely enticing to taste it. I found gold lager on tap in New Hope, PA at Fran's Pub. They were having a reveling of Gold Lager and donating money from the beer sales to a charity. In the true sense of Chive On and donating to charity.  It is hard for me to separate the difference between black and gold lagers but to me they are both great beers. The Gold has more of a German style pilsener taste of beer to me and is a blend of pilsener and Lager styles. To me I would rather have black than gold but both are equally amazing beers. Some times when something is build up too much it kind does not get a chance to live up to the hype and I think Gold has been build up as such a great beer that it is kind of a let down trying this beer. I will give it another chance when I buy a case of gold lager in the future but for trying it for the first time I am kind of upset.

KCCO Gold Lager sweet and honey smooth taste

Now on the other hand mixing black and gold lager is amazing. It is like have a Black and Tan beer which is a dark beer like black mixed with a lager. The black and gold mix is so amazing that I will have to have a case of each and mix it all together.

Mixed KCCO Black and Gold Lager Together.

I usually am not a fan of mixing beers together like black and blue, which is Guinness and Blue Moon. Or a Guinness and Angry Orchard which is called a black velvet. However, mixing the KCCO Black lager and KCCO Gold lager was such a good pairing together that I think people should try it whenever they can find a bar or restaurant that has both gold and black in their establishment. The smoothness of the black cut the pilsener taste of the gold and made it all equally smooth. All in all I think that Red Hook did a great job on this beer and cannot wait to try their White Wheat, which is the next in line for KCCO and Resignation Brewery.

Stand Out Long Trail

Long Trail Brewing Company is based out of Vermont. I have had other beers by them and this is the first time I am having their Stand Out Pale Ale. I looked at the bottle and it says "step off the beaten path and have a stand out moment." In addition to that it tells you to take a hike on top of the label on the top of the bottle. They got their name Long Trail from the long trail in the Green Mountains of Vermont.

Stand Out American Pale Ale Have a Stand out Moment

The alcohol by volume is 5.2 percent and the bitterness of it is 42.  There are a couple different versions of Pale Ales if you are wondering. There are three different types: English, American, and Belgian. Out of the three: English is the lightest pale and Belgian is the strongest. Leaving American pale ales in the middle of it all, American Pale Ales tend to use American hops like cascade for its citrus flavor. In my opinion I am not a fan of cascade hops because they are usually used in hoppier beers like India Pale Ales or beers that act like IPA's.

Has yellow and brown tint to the Beer

Went in to smell the aroma of the beer and I came away uninterested in the beer because I smelled the bitter IPA smell.  In this beer the traveled off the beaten path and used a different American hop called the Equinox, which has a pronounced herbal and citrus notes. Time to dive into a taste. Alright took a deep gulp of this beer and not a big fan of it. There is definitely a bitter taste from the hops they used in the beer. The other taste that I get is the herbal taste of the hops that is similar to flower power and Troegs Perpetual IPA. If you are into beers that have a strong bitter note and a herbal taste to them then this is a beer for you. The taste lingers around after you drink it, which is weird because of the lower IBU's. I did not think that this beer would be hoppier than the Red Chair by Deschutes Brewery in Oregon but it is and I think its more of an IPA then a Pale Ale. If you are in to Hoppy beers than you will like this beer. If you are in to beers like myself: White Ale, Wit Beers, Black Lagers than this is not a beer for you. Try to drink locally and support your local craft beers.

Free Will Destiny's Wit

Destiny's Wit ABV 5.7%

Next beer up with the votes on the the reader's choice is Free Will Brewing Company's Destiny's Wit. Wit is an ale brewed with spices. I wanted to try this local brewery for some time now and have not found a beer that grabbed my interests such as this one. Free Will Brewing is a local brewery to me, they are no longer than 30 minutes from my house. They are located in Perkasie, PA. If you have been following this blog you know that I am not the biggest fan of hoppy and bitter beers. I like belgians and most ales that are not on the hoppy side. Wit beer is also known as a white ale because of the unfiltered ale and the pale color of the beer. Wit beers are very close to wheat beers in my opinion, they have a very similar taste and the part that usually separates them is the unfiltered process.

Destiny's Wit Ale with Spices bottle and beer.

I dive in to smell the aroma of the beer and I am greeted with a spiced aroma that I am trying to put my finger on it. I know that I smell some banana and orange coming from the aroma. The last thing I am able to smell is coriander, which usually turns me off that beer, coriander and myself do not usually agree with each other. Next was to come to taste the beer and see what I was in for. I also enjoyed looking at the beer and seeing the white golden complexion of the beer showed it does belong with the white ale category of beer.

Destiny's Wit cloudy golden Complexion

I go in for the first sip of the beer and I love it. I thought that the coriander would over power the beer like it usually does with most beers it is brewed with but this beer is very good. I definitely can taste the banana and the orange in the beer as well as the spices it was brewed with that compliment this beer so well. This ale brewed with spices is perfectly blended for the enjoyment of the drinker. I think that if you want to try an ale you should start with this Wit and go from there. This beer reminds me of a beer I already had on this blog and that was similar to Magic Hat Single Chair if you liked that beer you will definitely like this beer. Remember when you can try your local beers.

Reader's Choice Winner Weyerbacher Merry Monks

Weyerbacher Merry Monks Belgian Tripel Ale

So, without further ado the winner of the reader's choice post is Weyerbacher Merry Monks. Merry Monks won with a total of 7 votes second closest was Free Will Wit. Merry Monks is a Tripel Belgian Style Ale. The alcohol by volume is 9.3% which is strong for beer, kind of reminds you of drinking a wine. Weyerbacher used a pilsner malt and had three different hops into the beer they are Saaz, Fuggles, and Hallertuaer. Before you pour this beer make sure you do not pour it all out at once, will change the flavor of the beer, because there is sediment at the bottom of the bottle that you need to get into this beer. The stuff at the bottom is where the full flavor of the beer end up coming from, if you want to get it out of the bottom follow these steps. Make sure you pour out three quarters of the bottle and then swirl the remaining beer in the bottle until you see nothing left on the bottom. After that then you should pour the rest of the beer into the glass. Once you pour the ale it has a golden brown tint to the beer and is very cloudy cannot see through it. When going into smell the aroma from the beer sweet and banana smell to the beer. Tripel draws me in and entices me with the fruity aroma it knows me, so well.

Golden Brown Cloudy complexion

Taking first sip, I get is a spicy yet fruity taste. The spicy taste that you get is from the Saaz style hops and the fruit taste you pick up is the banana and pear that was paired with this hop. I think that this is a good beer and if you are alright with strong beers then I suggest you try this. Merry Monks is an ale where you can only have a couple because of how strong it is. You are not going to be drinking this all day like you could a cider or the KCCO black lager. This tripel ale is not very bitter if you were afraid of trying this beer, the IBU of this ale is 15.

Merry Monks make sure you go get this!!!

When people ask me what style of beer I like I always tell them I am into Belgian style Ales and Merry Monks is one of the reasons why. I think tripel ales are great but they are for special occasions in my opinion, because of the ABV. Next beer I have from Weyerbacher will have to be there Quad. The thing I love about Weyerbacher is that its an hour from my house in Easton,PA so I think I am going to have to go pay them a visit and drink at the brewery,  If you need anymore information on Weyerbacher and their brewery go to their website http://www.weyerbacher.com/
